Rescheduling Policy:

- Bookings can be rescheduled free of charge up to 14 days prior to the start time.

Cancellation Policy:

- All cancellations are processed manually. Please email contact@amplespace.co.uk to arrange cancellation

- Bookings can be cancelled up to 14 days prior to the start time with a partial refund.

- £4 for each booking is retained as a maintenance fee.

- If cancelled 14 days prior or less to the start time, the full fee is retained.

- Refunds will be returned to customers within 10-15 days after receipt of email.
